Post by 999Gomerz »

Hi All,

I would like fit a TPS to my NC30 with its standard carbs, has anyone done this or do you have any suggestions?

Look forward to the ideas.

Cheers,

Adrian

What benefits will a TPS bring to the NC30?

I'm just asking as I don't really know what they do or how they work!

I've heard quite a few people lately enquiring about them.

I think most people use it with the Ignitech, but I want it for datalogging.

Your right, there seems to be a lot of talk but I can't find a post where someone has fitted one to their NC30 and how they did it.

i believe a tps used in conjunction with an ignitech will allow the spark advance to be timed corectly in ratio with the percentage of throttle open. Tony will confirm at some point. I think he has one fitted.
