vfr 400 jap spec headlight bulbs help
One of my bulbs have blown on the headlight it was a 12/35/60 i cant seem to find one at any shop so i bought a 12/55/60 and it doesnt seem to fit in the holder right any suggestions?

If you use the 55/60w bulbs you will have to put an extra relay in your wiring loom to cope with the higher current rating on the low beam setting or you will fry your handlebar light switch.
Alternatively contact either Rick Oliver or Graeme France (GF Racing)

you need H4R bulbs - they can be had from Rick and Graeme I guess.
Or you can buy an H4 adapter ring to fit H4 bulbs..but if you fit higher rated..like 60/55 then you also have to fit a relay to the system or you will end up burning out the switches in the left hand switchgear.

Anyone got a 'how to' for this? Wouldn't mind upgrading mine before the long dark nights return.
