Carb help needed again :0s
Hi guys, need your collective help again
got the fuel pipe routed ok now and fuel flowing. Carbs have been cleaned and had new o rings fitted. The bike starts on either choke or a twist of throttle revs nicely, the problem i've now got is the tick over
fire the bike up and it sits at 4k when warm then after a few seconds slowly drops to 2k then slowly drops till it cuts out! any ideas?
Got it booked in for mot next week so need to get it sorted asap, then the worst bit i gotta strip the bike down again to send the body work back to the paint shop to be re done as they made a rather crap job of it
be glad when this things finished and the missus can start using it lol

idle mix is too lean.
wind out the idle screws a bit by bit until it just returns back to idle without holding

Hi stripes, it smells a little rich? seems it will start ok with no choke just a little throttle then idle fine at around 1750rpm, but as soon as it gets warm it idles for a few seconds then cuts out. Personally if i were riding it all the time i'd just keep blipping the throttle when i come to a junction etc. but as its the missus's bike and shes not long been passed her test it needs to be right.
The mixture screws at the mo are 1.5 turns out, runs perfect through the rev range just the tick over thats playing up
