Re: CBR400RR exhaust thread
The bike I have just bought comes with a yoshomura cyclone exhaust. I'm sure they never made one for te cbr? It has small expansion chamber on the downpipes. What's the chances it is a hodge frok another bike? Pics to follow soon.

With that expansion chamber thing sounds like it could have Moriwaki pipes with a Yoshi can fitted, pics would help people Identify

Yoshimura definately did make a cyclone system for the CBR aero triarm and gullarm. (I have a gullarm one in my shed)
Here is promotional pic of the aero one:

Re: CBR400RR exhaust thread
Hey everybody,
Just found this akrapovic silencer on ebay. Just wondering if theres any Silencer from akrapovic which will fit the standart system. and It would be great to find an hexagonal silencer from akrapovic for the GF Racing exhaust system. Here is the link to that silencer. I searched on the akrapovic website and theres no NC 29 silencer listet.

I can't see the link as I'm at work, however I think I have seen the silencer you are referring to. I assume it's a fake with an Akro sticker... I also seem to remember something about a tie wrap on the sleeve? sounds dodgy to me plus the sticker hasn't been very well applied either.

Re: CBR400RR exhaust thread
I've just brought this. Bit of an inpulse purchase, don't really know what make it is but looks a little like a moriwaki but not 100% sure.

I just hope I havn't wasted money. paid £53 for it with postage.
Firstly anyone know what it might be and secondly have I paid over the odds for it?
Thanks.
Edd
