end cans 23 on a 29

are they the same bolt pattern? I need a road legal can for the MOT but the only one I can find on fleabay (for a budget price) is for a 23. Failing that I might need to baffle my current can down and tape over the not for road use sticker. :/

Bolot spacing is the same, Only issue is that the outlet spout will be on the piss slightly.
