ALL OUR EXHAUST PIPES ARE MADE OUT OF STAINLESS STEAL TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD.
....i would take them more seriously if they could spell steel properly.....

People I work with (I am a cnc machinest) are not the brightest, the majority of them cant even do trig which is quite an essential part of engineering, but it doesnt stop them turning out decent work.

Main problem you have is the car guys use 1.5mm stainless tube and they dont purge before welding, you need 0.9mm for a race system and very few people work with it. The questions to ask them are can they mandrell bent .9mm and do the purge all welds.
