seriously strugglin here guys HELP

Post by lizard821000 »

im feed up guys with my fork search, only a few sets of legs come up on egay every month and hardly none of the sellers define if they are the early or later type, even when asked , most dont know.....

so im desperate for 2 clear pics of what the differances are between the 2!! pleaseeeee.

iv just bought 2 sets of forks off egay just in the hope that at least 1 are the right right ones just for the stanchion. SICK.

these are listed as early type....but look identical to the other set too i bought, which are not described as either early or late type..

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWNX:IT

and these ones i asked the seller and he didnt know..... some one must know

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWNX:IT

from the pics in the listing, they look the same too me!!!???

rescue me please so my rebuild nightmare can end.

Yep both later type - the early ones don't have the adjuster at the top of the forks.

Its just a big nut with a small screw in the middle (iirc) on the early ones.
