Help pls!
I re jetted my carbs last night as I'm fitting a different exhaust. All easy. Left the carbs to put on today..
First off I had to wrestle them back on a bit. Once on and tightened up I cranked it a bit with the run switch off as all the carbs were dry. Then flicked it and fired first time, however it's surging. Ticking at 2ish k revs and not revving up cleanly. All cylinders seem to be fine apart from front right which is the ballache to get to with the various pipes and bits in the way. It has a weird sucking noise coming from it, so I'm guessing it isn't seated properly? It looks to be though. But then again it's a nightmare trying to see if it's clamped right. This same cylinder when I knocked the engine off a bit of thin smoke emitted from it? I guess if it's sucking air it'll be running that one weak.
Am I on the right wavelength??

Yeah the clip on the front right carb was a bit pissed and distorted the rubber when tightened up. Just need to balance it now with the carb pro :)
(any balancing tips would be great!!)

Re: Help pls!
i let mine warm up properly, then adjust the idle scew so it ticks over at about 3-4k then balance. I am sure there are loads of other tips, but this seems to work for me.
