Did practical sportsbikes review the NC30 or the imported panels?

The import panel.
The only fault they found was that buying them takes economy away from R&D with bike companies.

Mine where spot on!

No need to review a bike that good!
Although they did feature a nice NC30 in the readers' bikes.

I think they bought some panels for an R1.

obviously these are not vfr panels, but i have just recieved some panels for my 929 blade, i know these are 954 panels but i prefer the looks of the 954 and there is nothing wrong with the 929 itself so i thought i would give her a face lift.

the ebay sellers name is - begoniasale item number - 140522691199

the communication from the seller was good, answered email quickly. i collected the parcel to find there was a crack in the upper fairing ( no-where it would be seen with out being on your hands and knees ) i believe this to be parcel force damage not damage by the seller. i email them with photos, they offered a refund / discount if i could fix the part myself, there was no mention of blame that i could have done it or anything like that shame all ebay sellers cant be like this!

i fitted most of them yesterday, they do take time to fit as with all chinese fairings they are never perfect but i am happy. the quatilty has improved vast amounts since my first chinese purchase back in 2008, i then had konica minolta 929 fairings, these new ones have extra re-inforcement in 'weaker' areas and come fitted with a heat resistant back foam to stop them melting when close to exhuast headers etc.

konica minolta 929 fairings back in 2008 -

i didnt take a pictures fitted to the bike so only have the ones as i laid them out on the floor -

i think the main thing to remember is if you want oem quality fairings buy originals, if your not to worried or it is just a track day toy / commuter then you could save yourself some pennies.

I am talking to motoparts_mart on ebay, he is doing a special paint job on a set of fairings for me. He has sold quite a few sets and is getting very good feedback, trouble is he has'nt had time to do mine. Has anyone on the site bought from him and if so how are they for quality.

I dont know an awful lot about these panels but from seeing the pics and taking price into consideration they hardly look bad.

fitted to my blade:

They took a bit of fiddling, they are never direct fits and always need abit of work. My blades on a cat d, shes not much after i got knocked off so i cant see the point on spending good money of oem panels because if i was in another accident the bike would pretty much be scrapped.

but on the other hand i think she looks great, for the money i dont think you can go wrong.

Looks the dogs to me mate. Might see if the guys who did yours do NC30s. When I searched NC30 fairings there was only a few came up. One place in the UK who were selling them on at like £450+ a set and probably brought in from china anyway, rest were on eBay in china.
