Packaging Stuff - Just some help please!

I've got some odd bit's n bobs to sell to a NC23. But, I've never sold on eBay before or posted anything of this sort.
So, do you reckon when posting the fairing panels I'd get away with wrapping in bubble wrap n newspaper then wrapping that in brown paper? Or should I go for boxes?

go with boxes if you can fella, just that bit safer. i would recommend saying collection only though as they stand a good chance of being damaged in transit. however this will limit your buyers due to distance.

try parcel monkey for shipping they will ship a box up to 25kg in weight and quite a big cubic volume for £8ish thats also 24 hour turn around with city link.

Wrap them in bubble wrap then cardboard (from heavy boxes), tape all over with heavy duty brown packing tape. The tape will strengthen the whole lot so it won't flex.

I got to be a bit of an expert at making all sorts of shapes from cardboard boxes when I was selling loads of gear on ebay. Fascinating stuff...

I have a fridge/dishwasher place round the corner and get the boxes off them for fairings. Cutting the freezer boxes down gives you loads of spare cardboard which you can "roll" up or shape to make strengthening pieces. Bin bags /bubble wrap/newspaper for packing and finish off with half a roll of parcel tape from pound land ;oD

On a more important note follow the terms and conditions of paypal (tracking numbers essential etc) to make sure you don't lose your goods and your money! Scam artists can still rob you though. I read a few horror stories and stopped selling through ebay (mostly)

Ahh, thanks loads for the advice guys. I work at Halfords so can pinch the boxes the bicycles come in. I'll get the stuff up on ebay soon. Post it here too... I did a while ago, just never did anything about it :/ But yeah, massively appreciate that.
