Silverstone GP and day of champions

Nothing more to say really, if it's been organised it'll be here.

Last time we camped was at Donington!
Anyway we're camping at the circuit, http://www.silverstonewoodlands.co.uk/c ... psite-map/
You're camping off the circuit but very near it. http://www.hamiltonfields.co.uk/

Paddock passes are definitely worth it if you DON'T want to see Valentino! He's always holed up in his motorhome and doesn't come out to play all day! The rest of the riders are usually buzzing about on scooters and they often stop for photos etc.

If you turn up for a pitch on the day you'll get turned away! You have to bookand pay in advance, check out silverstone's website for info.
As for the Day of Champions, see this link http://www.riders.org/n_details.aspx?nwId=323

My mate has two 3-day tickets going spare (non-camping as far as I'm aware) in case any one was interested. I'd have them myself except I'm only going for Sunday

I was there a few days ago doing some flooring.... I've got to do the podiums at some point! We get F1 tickets through the work we do but I might have to see if I can russle up some for this lol. I was there on a classic car day last time in the pits and it was deafening! Would love to see the bikes though!!
