nc35 forks damping screw does not click.

Post by holedigger »

Hi , I'm in need of a bit advice. I have just fitted Rick Oliver upgrade springs and new oil seals and dust seals on nc35 forks I followed the haynes manual for instructions having never done it before .... but when reading through lots of threads on here about setting up the pre load and damping settings , people talk about clicks on the damping screw .Well mine don't click :( is there a chance that I may have done something wrong?

the click is a little ball bearing in the adjuster - either lost or stiff. get the adjuster stripped out and cleaned up ;)
