How To Video: Replace Fork Seals (Early NC30 forks)

Post by Sligeach »

As promised the video of how to replace the fork seals in an early type fork.

This is the DIY method and can be undertaken by anyone with basic tools, I have not used any specilaist tools.

1. Allen Keys
2. Ratchet and sockets size 10, 14 and 24mm
3. A vice
4. A broom handle
5. Brake cleaner and rags
6. Misc. items like WD40, wire brush, Semi permenant thread sealant, rubber mallett, rubber gloves

To be honest its not the worlds best guide but better than nothing i suppose. i had to leave bits out as the video needed to be under 10 mins.
