fork seals
could someone advise me of the oil that goes in the front forks as i have a leaky seal which needs replacing,,,,many thanks in advance

how much oil is required?

J & K (nc23) 490cc
L & N (nc29) 453cc
R (nc29) 408cc
Air gap is
J & K (nc23) 96mm
L & N (nc29) 105mm
R (nc29) 120mm
Basicly buy a litre and you will have enough. You can just change it with forks in place but my opinion is that your better taking each leg off and refilling to get the correct air gap, which means compressing the fork to its smallest limit.
