I've been reading up on the 400/600 mod and just wanted to know if the fzs600 will fit into the 3tj?
also if it does since it is a detuned thundercat engine is the fzs600 considered any better than fzr600?
thanks, slowsport

Re: engine conversion question
unfortunateley the fzs engine wont go in a 3tj as it has no mounting points on the barrels to mount to the 3tj frame spars and im sure the engine is slanted at a different angle on the fazer, though the t/cat fazer and 4jh fzr600 share alot of common parts.theres not alot of difference in performance between the fzr600 and thundercat engines (ive had both in my hybrid).the main differences are that the t/cat has stronger rods and forged pistons.ive got a 600 fazer also and it does feel a bit softer performance wise though the fazer is a bit of a fat old bus compared to a 3tj.
