Installing speedo cable - NC30
Hi All,
first time posting (excluding the introduction board)
I fitted a new speedo cable on my nc30, and initial tests (on driveway) appeared successful. A day later and no luck, no readings on the speedo!
I have since tried reinstalling the cable, but without success. Rotating the drive end of the cable manually does indicate a speedo reading. It's hard to tell if the cable is aligned with the drive tab... any tips would be much appreciated.

Howdo, welcome!
How did you test it on the driveway? Up on stands?
Have you 100% confirmed it is the cable? Is your old cable snapped?
Might be the nylon drive wheel on the front sprocket - whip the cover off and check it out.
If it is knackered you can prob get another for a few quid or a chap on here made a few allloy ones..he might make some more

Cheers, will give it a try.
I say the driveway... car park of my block, so was running it up and down (being a general nuisance). Strange though that it was working fine, parked up then the following day I get nothing.
anyway, all good fun getting to know the new bike :)
