Different oil cooler setup!!? :( PHOTOS UP
ok so, Im putting a new engine in replacing my old engine (Snapped conrod
) Thing is on the front of the old engine there is two ports for the oil cooler but on the new one there is only one. Wondering if you could help me?

I take it we are talking NC30,
only uk motors were fitted with oil coolers,but there should two blank pickups that would need to be drilled.
if you have a photo then put it up.

Yeh NC30. My old engine has like a delivery and return to oil cooler but this one only has one port? Wondering if i need to blank it?

the cases on them all should be the same - two oil line mounts on the front of the case near the starter motor.
Have you got any pics? Has someone taken one off and welded it up?

Took some pics but cant put them up till late cos im at work.
My old engine looks like its got drillings for cooler.
New one they are there but look blank inside. i thought there was one but its not, the lower radiator bracket is screwed onto it.
Ill get pics up!

If you fit the oil cooler to that engine you will have to drill out the blanks,
But you will also have to change the oil pump,as the oilpump in the uk motor is uprated to deal with the extra oil in the cooler.

Does the NC24 pump have additional little lines t the casing? how does that work, have you any pictures or schematics of this Neo?
I have a 24 pump and want to fit it to my engine...but not sure how the lines run..
