NC30 Piston Rings & gaskets

Looking for a set of piston rings but cant seem to find any at all, wondered if they are the same for the cbr 400 got a part number but doesnt bring much up

Also on a side note has anyon used this place for gasket sets

How hard did you look?

Put that part number into davidsilverspares.co.uk and you'll find that

DSS sell them for 19.95 plus VAT (5+ in stock)

Thats about 80 quid plus vat for all pistons.

Not bad considering the Honda RRP is 35+vat per set.

The MV4 code is for the CBR400RRL-R Gull-Arm (NC29) so the rings for that will probably be the same part number

Would have helped if Id had the right part number. I was using 13011-MR8-000 Which I found on the PDF on the main site, Probably why I couldnt find anything! Will get them ordered up as a decent price :)

Any idea about the quality of the engine gasket set?

So between now & april, these rings have gone up to £26+vat per set !...and they still say its at a discounted price !..lol

Yer I noticed that as never got round to ordering some as they seemed all good, Im surprised at that hike in price though.
