Question time- what bikes are good for people 6" and over who need a less severe bend at the knee?

probably a cruiser, harley with forward controls or similar japanese copy, not every ones cup tea, riding style is different, my mate has a harley street bob 1450cc, like me he is 6 foot plus and always telling me to get one as he thinks I am to old for a sports bike and the higher revs, but on the other hand he does get about the same mpg as my 600cc, perhaps he might be right I could prolly do with less knee bend which would reduce the shin cramps I sometimes get

triumph tiger 1050 struggled with the seat height at 5 ft 9 myself would imagine it would suit a taller rider or a cb1300s the only bike i can get off after a long run without needing a radox bath ?

Depends what you fancy. Tiger? BMW GS? big retro muscle bike? Cruiser?

You probably are only limiting your choice by removing physically small bikes and most sportsbikes.

Good to see some suggestions coming in.

I can't see myself ever getting a cruiser, I just can't stand them. Rocket III is as far as I could manage.

Interesting about the Mille, I never would have thought of an Aprilia! If I could get one for under £2500...

Amorti, I thought I'd just see what springs to people's minds. The Tiger looks alright, I'm strangely fond of the looks on the models with those circular headlights. BMW are too pricey and I see too many middle-aged fat gits on them to get one!

After seeing the GSX1400, I have to say it's impressive and I could see myself riding it. I'm thinking the Speed Triple might be a little too small?

Large trailie bikes would be an obvious choice, my other half has a new shape 600 Hornet & I'm comfy on it - I'm 6'2
Try a few out & see what works for you.
