NC24 what to look for when buying?

Hello im new to the forum i heard about it in pratical sportbikes mag.
im looking to buy a nc24, ive seen one advertised locally going cheap , im looking for info on any issues or problems these bikes have? and peoples opinions on them.

collector box on the exhaustrot out rcv4 on here makes a stainless replacement for around £300, electrical system mainly the reg/rec can be iffy but an r6 unit can solve the problem
they arnt as refind as the nc30 bit soft on the suspension and they are never going to be worth as much as the nc30 either but engines are bullet proof and they are great fun little bikes to ride.

As above really.. collectorbox is the killer.. even an aftermarket replacement (RCV4) you have to take the engine out of the bike to change it.

Suspension and brakes arnt as good as the NC30 and the narrower tyres make it difficult to fit really grippy stuff if your wanting to track day it.

Not worth half as much as an NC30 so really shop around.. bearings and other parts are expensive and can be difficult to find.

How cheap is it?? They are cool bikes but can be money pit and a total ballache.. V4 for the win!

£575 its a different bike to the one i was thinking about at first, its looks tidy in the pics and has been owned by a female rider, cheers, Jimbo

yep is really tidy, 34,000 kilometers on the clocks, good tyres, nice paintwork, photos to follow tomorrow hopefully if its not raining ,Jimbo.
