Re: NC30 lights making battery flat
NOw then Ian,
I love on the southside of Sheffield - 15 mins from Bakewell. I get out for rides from my house, Baswell, Bakewell and around and about..
Where you at? I'll have my 7r taxed by the weekend and can take a quick razz out to come give you a hand if you still need it? Multimeter at hand and a brew in the other and it will be sorted...or you will at least know what you need to do!

That sounds great chap, I am in Sandiacre is that too far a trek?
I have a multi-meter now borrowed from work by the way, and a Haynes manual for the NC. :) When might you be free?

Re: NC30 lights making battery flat
Sorry I never ended up replying to this, I eventually sold the bike but I believe the problem was regulator rectifier related and I got a new unit from David Silver spares. Thanks for the help all and the offer of coming to help troubleshoot the problem.
