My NC30 story

sorry no pics but had my first ride yesterday
had worries about performance cause have some other powerfull bikes, will it be boring?

what can say, what a nice little lady she is
she pulls very strong and is fun to drive
but two issues to solve:
- noise from front fork over bumpy roads
- left rear carb seems to float when she sits for some days, is this because she is on her side stand all the time?

Noise from the forks might be front hugger brackets. Check the circlips are firmly in place. And the brackets are secure.

They are from LUCAS.

SOLVED- had hear in an upright position the whole week - startet her yesterday for a ride -> no floating

NOT SOLVED yet - noisy fork over bumbs

Thanks Kris, actually one screw was missing but have still the noise. I wonder if I have not enough preload
on springs. I modified the fork with RO's anti-dive kit.

although I like originality, some careful changes had to be made
(almost 500gr per side)

did 10 measurements, crossed out highest and lowest and averaged ~178kg

Are the large headlamps a feature of German market model, if that's what you have, ie not an imported JDM model?
