CB400's What are all the models ?
Been looking on ebay and round net at the cb400, the better half was thinking of a vfr or cbr but after plodding round on her 125 she has realised her new bike might get dropped :D Hence looking at the cb400.
I like the look of the project big 1 ? is this a better bike than the superfour (differences?) And I saw a cb400 injection on the trader for £3500 but wasnt sure on servicing ect ?
So anyone got any info or places I can look :D Or should I be looking for a bandit
With Thanks
Jim

Re: CB400's What are all the models ?
The CB400f are pre 90s while the Cb400sf Big Project 1 is the first in the Superfour range. These were followed by the Version R and then S before the VTEC I, II and III models were finally made. VTec models began production1999 onwards.
One thing to note is that if you go for a big project 1 before then 1994 it won't have a fuel guage
As far as bikes go....Not to tempt the fate of my bike but they're indestructible (although should your missus find a way to beat one up) parts aren't so readily available as I would like.

The Vtec is a superfour... the VTec, Big Project 1, Version R and Version S are all variations of the CB400 Superfour.
