nc 24 heat sheild
hi everybody, there is a heat shield that bolts to the frame behind the rear shock to protect it from the rear exhaust down pipes, mine has perished can anyone plez help? as I've tried loads of breakers and honda spares people with no joy

If there is enough left of your old on to copy you should be able to make one up from a bit of s/steel, there's not much to them. mine was rusty but still in one piece so i had it bead blasted and powder coated.

If you've got the dimensions I could see if it's the same size as the RC24 one which is still available (or was last year anyway).
Well it will prevent your shock from overheating quite so quickly.It's not totally necessary anyway.
