I was just wondering whether anyone could shed some light on what this system is.

I have taken a close up of the pipes as where they come vertically down they seem to go from one shape, to slightly larger then to the last size which is larger still

What is the benefit of them doing this?

No idea but I'm pretty sure the HRC system is a fully sprung jobbie.

Mine is simialr to that that, but it does not have the Perimeter welds on the down pipes.

A pic of mine is earlier on in the thread, i.d unknown.

Just picked up one of the Moriwaki 'EMU' systems for my NC23 from DKonline.

It was £90 Brand new with storage marks etc, no silencer, Decent Price?

Also any ideas on the actual benefits of the bulbous expansion chamber in the collector area would be greatly appreciated!

Check this out for a home made set of pipes- really thinking of building some of these for myself- its standard cbr400 headers with cbr600rr silencer and a 90 degree exit pipe- You like?
