Great rebuild Marcus. Powder coated wheels look lovely, but shouldnt the part that meets up with the brake disc be bare metal though?

Where the front discs bolt to the front wheel, the mating faces should always be masked off, best tap your threads too if they didnt mask them off

ah i see another job to add to the list , i have cleaned the threads out already, every piece that was powder coated needs the threads cleaning out, not overly happy with it tbh but its done now.

got the front end back together , im missing a top bearing dusst seal to get it all 100% but thats nothing, my clip ons are to big which is a bugger but what i got done was a good start, the pro bolt bolts look sweet and im very happy

I was bored after watching top gear so i thought i would spend a little bit more time in the garage , love the look of the rear disc just a shame that one of the disc bolts had been attacked at some point in the past so i will have to order some new ones up ready for the weekend.

After 20 mins of swearing i fianly ended up with this

whole back end is back together, all torqued up, rear brake bled, chain and sprockets fitted just need to mount the chain guard ,

started doing the clutch but we couldnt get the nut off, so dads going to bring his small compressor and tools home from work tomorrow so we can finnish it
