Hi,
That battery voltage sounds a little low, it should be 13.5v ish
can you measure the voltage on the battery when you try to start it?
have you checked the resistance in the coils?
I hate electrical faults :(
Is the bike a 30 or 35?

Update found fault to wire from starter button replaced and sparking ok.Now petrol dripping from carbs.Removed the vacumn pipe con from engine end as it was loose. There is a small piece of brass inside the elbow part,is this the norm. Also i need to replace this part and hose. The bike will not run, have run some hose from tap to engine end.Anyone give me contact for Rick Oliver please so i can order parts.
