NC30 mounting collar

Post by CVVFR »

I am currently restoring a 1991 NC30 and have found that it is missing the two Lower Fairing mounting collars.
If available could someone please provide me with the length, circumference and center hole size for the collar and I will make my own.

Thank you in advance.

That's because you have aftermarket fibreglass fairings, the OEM plastics are mounted on these bobbins.
I saw it so I took it!

I have included the dimensions on the photo, enlarge it to see them.

Easiest way to make them maybe bore a length of 20mm aluminium bar 6mm clearance, then turn down 9.3mm one end to 10mm O.D.

I think Craig [cvvfr] is not local, but 4000 miles away, in British Columbia.
