Easy. Make an new under-tray out of 2mm aluminum sheet. Or, you could use carbon fiber... 8-)

That's just as standard Marcus, don't forget you have a few add-ons to the sides like overflow bottle, rear res, regulator, shock remote it all builda up so there are hardly any gaps

never thought about that lot to be honest though its not a huge priority and the bike wont be the finnished articl this year as i dont have the money to paint it or buy the few bits that i want to complete it , should have the valve clearances carbs and forks done buy the end of feb so then i can get it built and hear what the system sounds like  .

On a worse note the seller of my dymags has had my money for 2 weeks now and wont respond to my emails so it looks like i wont be having them and i cant afford to by some proper nc ones

Marcus. Have you gone through the correct channels via eBay resolution centre. I am currently in the same boat at the minute. If you have paid by paypal you shouldnt have any problems getting your money back.

Did you say your bike won't be ready this year?? Blimey mate that's going to be tough in the summer!
