PWEEEEASE?
Yes mate but it'll be 6M long ;)

Only way i can get carbon/kevlar sleeves is for someone to make them and since no ones does they want a minimum order of 6M of one weave and style before ethey will do it.

Surely you mean to replace the tyga carbon sleeve? fitting over the top would look gash mate.

Drunkn Munky wrote:There actually 99.2mm ID which is one of the standard mandrel's they use which is handy as thats pretty much bang on the TSR SP1 size give or take 0.2mm.

Hopefully ANR wil do end caps to in that size although i think TI endcaps are going to be impossible to source :(

Those 0.2mm off from the TSR caps is no big issue. I will try to take measurements from mines (but I have to get them found somewhere in those blue boxes that I stored somewhere.... ). Will be in for 2 sleeves.
IF ANR can do end caps to fit on these kevlar sleeve nicely including the inner perforated tubing, exhaust packing, exhaust pop rivets and baffles...then I need 2 more sleeves :peace:

Ive got PJ engineering on the case with the end caps, they just need to check there tooling to see if they can get that size. They also sell everything else, baffle tube, packing, straps, hooks, springs, rivet straps if you want them.

I roughly priced up 1 can including everything and it came out at about £130 to build it yourself, to re-sleeve your TSR cans works out about £40 each.

Good info, Tony! I need more than enough repacking exhaust woven material, 2 exhaust perforated tubing and 2 kevlar sleeves for sure. Can you get them for me when this is definately a go? ;)

The end caps and all the stuff to get 2 more cans complete build to own specs is additional. Will keep this in mind.

I want the lot x2, my end caps have grazes on them so new ones would be excellent!

Will keep you updated as i get the info jas but what you want is definatly possible.

As long as i can shift most of the sleeves i dont mind buying whats left and building the cans up to sell, could even get some fancy 400GB exhaust badges made ;)

Kris, end caps wont be TI im afraid. Still struggling on that one

Tony, the caps on the inlet side of both cans...if you try to source them from PJ Eng. are these direct fitment on the last section outer diameter of the Ti pipes?

This I measured earlier...it is the one that Kris uses... ;)

Superpole sadly does not have Ti end cap either...but I will check again to be sure on this.

The inlets can be made to suit any size pipe. TI end caps would be the icing on the cake
