WTF is this???

Post by vfrman » Sun Jan 16, 2011 9:59 pm

So, I opened up the generator on my track bike, and this is the flywheel that was in there. Anyone see anything like this before? It looks like a lightweight version...

+1 It looks 100% like the one on my spare 24 engine :peace:
Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

Any gains to be had with such flywheel compared over stock? (I mean official tested on dynojet or other as proof)

I already have it torqued up and the cover back on. I am curious, but not THAT curious! Torquing that thing was a BITCH!
