NC24 - A bit of bling

Post by thunderace »

Thought I would treat Nikki to a Christmas pressie all the way from Taiwan. Hell, for a tenner it seemed worth the risk. So, they've arrived about fifteen minutes ago. Only issue is the bolts aren't quite long enough so I need to dig some out. Just for the photos, I've used a couple of socket screws. The whole thing will look better once she's been resprayed black. They are a universal fitment with adjustable bolt spacing and I think they look pretty good

They have longer arms so I can see behind me. Once the bike is painted black, they WILL look better, or else

Anyhoo, they are CBR600RR mirrors :P

I admit I was originally looking for plain black gloss mirrors but couldn't find any for less than about £35. I quite like these but they do look pants against the red fairings. They won't be prop-erly fitted until I do the re-build anyway. If I don't like them then, I'll get some others and sell these on to a chav

Not for the NC24. NC30 or NC35 ones won't fit either.

As for fake carbon, I'll bet most of the bling carbon stuff on your bikes isn't genuine 100% real carbon fibre anyway :P
