Re: Fork oil - how much ?
Hi
First you need to know which fork type you've got.
Somewhere in the Haynes it says the airgap for each type (i.e. the distance from top of the leg compressed wothout spring to the oil in the leg).
Recently changed oil on mine, think it was 105mm (rrn fork, damper-rod type)
Kind regards
Martin

Re: Fork oil - how much ?
It is in the Haynes manual - first page of Chapter 6:
Fork oil capacity
L and N models..........453cc
R models...................408cc
Fork oil level*
L and N models..........105mm
R models...................120mm
*Oil level is measured from the top of the tube with the fork spring removed and the leg fully compressed.
