Hi,
I have a standard set up on my NC23 but think they are to soft and I dont know much about sorting suspension. I weight 11 stone.
Can anybody detail for me any uprated internals? (price/spec/availability.. etc).
Im thinking heavier oil and tighter springs?

Mr France should be able to sort you out with springs, he can supply all you need.

For around £120 you get Racetech springs matched to your weight, aluminium spacer tube (which you cut to length to set sag), new oil and dust seals, and a bottle of 15 weight fork oil.
It's well worth doing. I'd recommend you replace the rear shock too, if you haven't already - the bike will be transformed. Decent suspension and tyres are a must on any bike before you go fiddling with the engine/exhaust.
