Rocking the HRC Boat?

Post by porndoguk »

im extremely confussed,

i know business and profit is a fact of life,

BUT

why is it people seem to be paying £15+P&P on eBay for the HRC brake hose reservoir?
now i was confussed why the seller had gone to the efforts to blank out the HONDA HRC part numbers, now i know why!

i paid £9 inc P&P on ebay and then found if you type the part numbers into David Silver Spares this is what you get!

Don't hate Rick. It's called asymmetric information and it's great when you're the one in the know.

as soon as funds alloy i will be getting some.

Yes they are £8 to buy from your local supplier but, these guys obv buy them, make into kit, sell them on eBay, post them etc.

By the time you take in eBay fees, pay-pal fees, collecting from supplier i don't think its the end of the world really.

Im just glad we are all clued up in this forum

thats what it is ebay fees for me mainly but you will find also that most of us dont get the same discount as DSS. I only get a 5% discount on retail so have to add my profit into it to make any money on them othewise its just not worth it. I would guess that most of the guys on ebay are the same. I retail them out at £14.50 deliverd on ebay but can do them at £11.50 on my site now (price to be changed). So its not always people trying to rip others off its just that we dont always get the discounts people think we do.
