Probably because there is not enough demand since different bikes need different restrictors. Although I have heard of people making restrictors for themselves.

I was considering this years ago when I first had a restricted 400 (about 10 years ago now, when the 400 boom was near its peak) and certain members of this site jumped down my neck for posting dimensions of Fi's kits on the board.DK-Tandy wrote:then why has no-one produced replica kits that cost £5 to make, then sell them for a tenner?

Apparently Fi deserve to score ~£100 per restrictor kit just for having the exclusive rights to import them from Germany? Meh, I still get worked up if I think about it.

well don you think some should be make and stamped with 400greybike? maybe a little merchandise thats works on the bike?
