RVF Exaust systems...

Post by Honda_NC35 »

:!: !!!!BEWARE FOR MY BAD ENGLISH!!! :!:

On this website, http://www.jap4performance.com/hondaNC35.html#exhausts" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
i can find the exaust system i want Image
and it cost this much:

MHP split half-system SP1 style
With aluminium silencers - £700
With carbon silencers - £760
With titanium silencers - £830

and i wonder, is that a system that goes from the engine and out to the silencers :?:

Or should i go for this one

John, that system of MHP is an half system. Meaning it will need to original front downpipes and I believe also the rear exhaust manifold (part coming out from the exit of rear cylinders).
A few peeps here have them fitted on their road/race bikes.

The other one from tyga is a full system minus exhaust silencer. This one replaces the full pipework of an NC35 or NC30.

So would you prefer single silencer (like tyga) or dual silencer (like MHP)?

No experience with MHP or tyga system, but other members here can tell you.

Thanks for the info, i think i will go with the Tyga race system, cus it says its bringing some more hp to the bike.
lets hope that is right. and the weight its lower then the stock one...

Just to confuse matters though John..most racing types will use the MHP syle rather than Tyga .. :geek:

Tyga are members on here I think - see if they can supply any dyno graphs for you?

i have no idea.. but here they have a dyno-graph on this link http://tyga-performance.com/site/produc ... cts_id=511" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

but if its true, thats another story :roll:

Quote from tyga "Then the pipe was changed for the TYGA full stainless system, and the main jets increased one size from stock front and rear, the peak hp increased to 59.9hp, a gain of 6.4hp (Over 8% more power!)"

I dont understand the word "Main Jets" can anyone try to explain to me. :oops:
