Doing the centre plugs is a bit of a pain undoing the rad from the mountings can help.
Put the cables from the servo down the back of the engine with the breather pipes and under to the exup, it's quite easy. Don't worry about the valve the exhaust fumes will blow it open it will ping a bit when the engine's running but it's nothing to worry about

Got plugs out... Oh my god.... worn right down, looks like theyve been in there forever and black as black... New iridiums should be here tomorrow so hopefully that will sort it.

Hi Chicken, yeah I think so mate, seen lots of plugs but bloody hell...... My only question would be as you know I took the r6 stainless system off and put on the standard one, it wont have been set up for the other system will it?
I suppose until I get exup valve all working and take her out for a good spin wont know anything..... Lets pray she starts and runs well.

Yes - but it wasn't running to well with the other system on so it might be that the carbs weren't set up for that one in the first place, fingers crossed anyway.
