Whoop!
Yes, I have done Oulton, slowly on my NC30 before - check my youtube channel
That was a cold and grim experience. I also did it the same time last year on my YZF750 - but it shat it's waterpump seal and so I was wounded.
This time...will be the first time on my race bike so should be good.
The track has some superb sections to it but I find the 400 underpowered as there is a lot of start/stop. The flowing sections are great though. It is nowhere near Cadwell for me in terms of enjoyment and challenge but I can see why people do like it. On the YZF it was fun...
disclaimer..I am slow round it so don't be thinking I can show you the way..lol! Maybe for 1 session!
So -Anyone else? DM? You coming for a butty CRM??

I think Paul and I are coming to watch! I may be up on my Seed! But doubt you will see me wobbling around the track!

Re: 2011 Trackdays
Im following you round mark !
i went to oulton 20 years ago when i won a competition in the sun news paper to drive a formula ford car, the only trouble being was the cars were restricted to 4000 revs, but it still looked a lovely track.
Will it be all right to ring you on the day mark,so i can park up near you and your mates ?
cheers,steve.

I,ll see if me mate Dan want to try this, he,s got some wets & is dying to try them out for the first time, me, dont know what bike I,ll have but I,ll rustle something up from somewhere. I,ve done a few laps of oulton before on a pirelli free test day a year or so ago, it was good fun.

Re: 2011 Trackdays
I wonder how much weight I can lose before now & then, if I can shed a stone or two the fzr 2tk would be nice to try, at my current weight Im sure it would tie itself in knots. If I can get the cbr6,s loom & everything swapped over that would be a good bike to take round with its uprated suspenders etc, its an old ten kate built bike.
