What style of exhaust are you going for lasse?

Haha, would be cool. Unfortunately, I'm kinda scared of mystical midgets! Also, I don't have access to the kind of equipment necessary to weld TI (closed protective gas chamber etc.), so I'll settle for a stainless home made one. My plan of the moment is to get a used Tyga full system, and alter the rear header shape to fit. The SP1/2 style exhausts are real nice in my opinion, but I imagine two silencers weigh more than one, so my bike will have one small silencer only.

So, used Tyga full system for sale, anyone? Maybe a swap for my very trick NC35/ RS250 HRC rear hub assembly..?

Does it have to be a Tyga one? Do you not want "just" a proper full system to chop up?

Well, it has to be stainless, and it must be nicely done, preferably using spring/hook system like the Tyga does. But hey, let me know what's out there for sale!

See earlier in this thread. I will not use the single side swingarm setup, so I'll be selling that hub setup at some time later on. Gotta get the new swing arm ready first, though!

This bike, when finished, will NOT be sold. I'll ride it into the sunset at the racetrack, and keep it lovingly stored between sessions right next to my RS125R. Forever. 8-)

Lasse,

looking very very good..., the SP2 arm is one of the last fully fabricated swingarms straight out of HRC on a streetbike, the CBR954RR comes close (but no cigar). BUT, isn't the stiffness to weight ratio a tad overkill, I mean could you lose traction because the arm is too stiff in the lateral plane?? I don't know, but an arm made for a 165bhp/162kg superbike is maybe too "good" for a 70-75bhp/140kg NC35....!
