The lights behind the speedo and all that light up the clocks dont work on my bike. all other lights are fine, ive had the front fairing off to see if any wiring was loose but it wasnt. Any one know what the problem could be?

Check your fuses first.
It could be at the switch but it does sound like it's at the main junction block. Use curcuit tester (like a screwdriver with a wire on the end and a bulb inside) and see where the live feed gets to. You put the screw driver end onto a wire and the wire onto the frame, if it lights it's live.
Other testers have a sharp point that goes through the wire sheath and might have LEDs to show how much current there is.
Find where the current is and where it isn't ... the fault is somewhere in between
