Brakes.. Help Please!!

Post by integra »

I brought all new brake parts for my GK76A a while ago but with the weather i decided to put off fitting them until the new year but after an advisory on my MOT about my brakes the other day i decided its time to get my hands dirty. I've become stuck tho as when i removed the brakes i found the pad retaining pins are rusted and gnarled to bits so need replacing. Does anyone know the size/specs of the retaining pins or anywhere that does them? cz i've looked everywhere and im having no luck finding anything at the minute other than pins that fit suzuki's and the nissin calipers but they're done by size like "63mm x 6mm" which without knowing the size i ned is no help.

Any Help Appreciated :)

Thanks

Are you after rear pins or the front ones with the threaded piece.
Wemoto list a few.

Oem front are £15

These look similar, could be worth emailing them.

Any idea where's a good place to buy a rear wavey disc? may as well do the rear while im doing the front, otherwise gonna look odd with wavey fronts and round rear one

Im told the rear is the same as the RGV250 (210mm) but i have not held the two together to be 100%.
abrmoto had ABE wavey rears for the RGV250 listed on his site so you could PM him as he's on this forum.
