No it cannot.
Well not without serious modification to the frame and you'll have to drop the engine to change the plugs. The FZR1000 engine is heavy and doesn't prodce a lot more than the FZR600R or ThunderCat, it brakes the headrace bearings and then cracks the frame.
A better conversion is the 600 coverred on this forum after that you can fit a CBR 918 fireblade engine but you'll need new top mounts welded into the frame and strengthening to the headstock.

Ggggrrr
Ok ... lets try this again.
It "can" (
) be made to fit but the dia is bigger than the 400 system .... best look around the 600cc mark or 51mm Diameter. Look for a generic Art / Carbon Can Co / Fuel etc oval or tri-oval can - I had a round one on my 3en2 and it just touched the swingarm.

If it had a Union Jack on the tank it was a fireblade engine

A FZR1000 EXUP aftermarket can will fit a 3TJ if you've got a 3TJ link pipe.
I use a FZR1000 EXUP link pipe with a 3TJ end can on my 3TJ/600 hybrid
You can't fit the OEM standard can on the 3TJ headers as it's one piece with the "link pipe" section and is too long. Diameter is not the issue on the 3TJ headers as the outlet is 50-whatever mm and so is the 1000 EXUP.
