CMSL still list them, apart from screwdriver handle and shaft.
David Silver may be cheaper, but the whole kit was around £100 when available I think.
The the chain adjuster and plug spanner are the important ones, use standard tools for the rest.

If you want the tools for working on your bike, then standard tools will be cheaper and as good as the Honda stuff.
Buy a good socket set and a combination spanner set, and a 36mm socket for the rear wheel nut to allow you to torque up the nut, the 41mm top yoke and 45mm hub nut can wait untill required.
The swinging arm and engine mount peg spanners may never be needed.
JIS crosshead screwdrivers [as suppled by Honda] fit the screw heads better than Philips or posidrive, Probuild-uk supply them.
