Early or later type nc30 forks, how to tell?

Hi just going to do an order with rick oliver ,how do i tell if i have early or later type of forks for his upgrade kit also is there anything else i should be doing when in there

The later ones are like micks and the earlier ones dont have the flats on them to adjust damping, all they have is the screwdriver slot on the top for preload.

actualy had different internals in eack fork in my one so just watch out for that
