Re: Wow what a bargain!!
There was a thread in the general discussion about these recently... i had 4 or 5 of them in a box somewhere, was tempted to sell them if they fetch that much!! Some sellers on here have them on ebay for that much too... crazy.Smev wrote:I've not seen these at this price before - so so cheap!!!!!!!! NOT!

I heard that the more you connect together, the more power you get!
Imagine an NC with 5 connected to it?!!
300bhp atleast!!

What did you put? He hasn't posted your comments on his auction.
How hard can it be?

Re: Wow what a bargain!!
Wow, only 1 now.. maybe the others have been sold... I can't find the thread from a few weeks ago. So here's the highlights.
Remaps ignition
- No.
Raises rev limiter to 15,000rpm
- Uncertain, most likely no.
Increases mid range power
- No.
One of the other sellers had re-worded this to 'remove mid-range flat spot'. But since that is commonly due to being lean and needing the needles raising with a shim, I can't see any box on a carbed system being able to alter the fuelling.
I was under the impression that they just removed the 180km/h speed limiter.
Which can be accomplised in many ways.. the most expensive costing about 50p...
