! and !
I'm writing my letter to Pipercross and other companies to tell them that their air filters don't work. Back in their hay day they had so much rally success, i guess they were lucky their filters worked on dusty rally stages... :(
Just trying to suggest and alternative method of filtration, i guess i took the "ain't going to filter jack shit buddy" comment the wrong way, sorry if my replies seemed cocky or blunt.

Happy riding Karl :)

Well as far as i know no ones tried socks on the stacks, try it but i think it would be best suited to a no airbox, carb tray, big jet setup. It would sound

My bad karl,

when you said sock it conjured up boy racer images where people used to drill there air filters and put a pair of there mums tights over the fillter and if they had some spare they also covered there lights!

i originally thought you meant socks as in the ones you put on your feet, and they really wouldnt filter jack shit,

i didnt realise you could buy pipercross socks manufactured to do the right job

;)

hope that clears the confussion up.
