nc23 spring preload adjusters

can anyone tell me what spring preload adjusters will replace my schrader valve type operating system on my nc23 1988?, and also which model of early cbr600 is the fork tube the same diameter as the 400 to make a direct replacement in to my legs.

you can use the early nc29 fork top if u want to play with preload...or make different spacers to suit the std 23 forks...unsure what 600 bits you can use,
as i still find the 23's front end to be wicked in race conditions once st up.
