A Few Questions...
Hi,
I have a few questions as I have just bought a NC24 and taken the fairings off to have a good look and have discovered a few bits.
There is a small pipe that runs from a clip on the right side of the battery to the bottom of the fairing, it is open ended so I'm guessing it is a breather hose for something, but does anyone know?
Does anyone know where to get the springs for the side stand and foot pegs? I have tried ebay but no luck.
Lastly I think its called the chain carrier (a rubbery bit that sits on the swing arm that the chain is dragged over), is that the right name for it?
Thanks

That's the battery vent, it runs from the battery to down below (floor), the battery is wet (filled with acid) it can boil over, especially if your reg/rec is knackered, fluid never usually comes from here. There is a small pipe that runs from a clip on the right side of the battery to the bottom of the fairing, it is open ended so I'm guessing it is a breather hose for something, but does anyone know?
No longer available, DIY job with something that fits.Does anyone know where to get the springs for the side stand and foot pegs? I have tried ebay but no luck.
