Max Idle Screw settings?
My idle screws between 2 1/8 and 2 1/4 turns. I turned them out to 2.5 turns and WOW. MAD power. Its so awesome. It really inspires confidence. Almost too much.
Thinking of taking it a bit further. How much is too much?
2 3/4?

Re: Max Idle Screw settings?
Your pilot jets have very little effect on fuelling in the midrange and upper rev range, if you turn them too far out the bike may start stalling when warm at idle, due to an overly rich mixture. Check your plugs after a long idle, if theyre black its rich.
I suspect a bit of placebo with the 'added power', that cape town air getting you all high?...
